Ticket: ENT-8355 Changelog: libntech now requires OpenSSL 1.0.0 or newer
We are using some deprecated functions and if we want to build with '-Werror', we need to suppress the deprecation warnings. Ticket: ENT-8355 Changelog: libntech now builds with OpenSSL 3
