As the CFPB,
I want to provide my end users with the choice to use the higher performing feature that minimizes API calls by pulling data locally for query.
The default procesing will execute the multitudes of API calls to assure that no data is stored locally on the client system.
The Opt in Feature will allow the user to take advantage of the performance improvements and pull the data locally and allow the end user to process in a much shorter time period.

Tasks For Story:

  • Document the OPT IN functionality for storing data locally for CFPB Security
    • Provide details of the key value pairs/sets and what data may reside locally in the Index DB in the UI and a description of how the data moves to the UI. @stevejameskent
  • Update wireframes to show opt-in notice @vizui
  • Integrate the opt-in functionality to the UI @doelleri
