Since https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-graphic/releases/tag/v5.1.0 the functionality to link to a URL by selecting the asset is included in the core component. Requiring the link to be triggered to mark as completed isn't included, but an issue can be created for this if needed.
