Steps to reproduce:

  • clone the repository
  • run bundle install
  • run RAILS_ENV=test bundle exec rake db:setup
  • run RAILS_ENV=test bundle exec rspec

last error shows up:
No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - spec/data/test.xls
