Use Segment instead of Google Analytics

Segment.com has a free tier that will let us send data to GA along with a number of other services, without filling up the codebase with all sorts of script elements.

It's fine with me if you want to add that. Coordinate with @acedrew to get all the credentials and stuff set up. We just need to be able to track how many people are actually hitting the site (for sponsor purposes).
