Bug related to scroll position

I posted an issue here last week and I found out all of that is being caused by a really annoying bug where each time window scroll would behave differently. You can simulate the bug if do these steps:
-Make sure you reduce a lot of the window width so it has enough content for the overflow to show up.

• Search for mario (e.g) because it has a lot of results so you can notice the scroll not behaving properly
• click on dr. mario (so you have to scroll to get to it)
• check how the window keeps the scroll position
• now go back
• and the re-click on dr. mario
• now the window would scroll up by default
• if you click back again you would have to re scroll to find dr. mario.
