Nav/Footer button ::after perspective broken for newest Chrome/Firefox #35

The ::after element no longer respects the outer element's perspective value. For once, it still works fine on Safari/IOS Webkit, but not on Google's.

Further investigation needed into their engine changes to figure out why it's now broken, and if it's my fault or theirs.
