版本：3.11.0 以后（之前没察觉）

更新版本后，站点通用配置中，http/2 配置无效（其他没去细究），需要重复点关闭，再点开启才生效。

更新后，未操作：

升级3.12.1版本后我也遇到了这个问题，去掉勾选HTTP/2再重新勾上就恢复正常
