Add Folder function

1. Add a new button next to "Add Item" called "Add Folder".
2. Folders will have name and description but no url.
3. Instead of url, these "folder" items will have a list of items inside.
4. Folders will be ordered around just like normal items. They actually will be almost like normal items.

"Add folder" button is functional now. It adds a folder item which does nothing but stands there idly.
