I am very new on Chamilo. If anyone can explain this line. How to enable WIRIS in chamilo.
(To make adjustments to the plugin, edit configuration.ini file or replace his content by configuration.ini.default Chamilo file.)
I got this line from official documentation but i couldn't find any file called configuration.ini.default in my chamilo folder.
Thanks

Hi @chitanok, you can find better instructions in the main/inc/lib/javascript/ckeditor/plugins/ckeditor_wiris/Readme.txt:
To activate Wiris Editor for CkEditor you need to
Download the Plugin from here :
http://www.wiris.com/es/plugins3/ckeditor/download
and place the resulting folder inside
main/inc/lib/javascript/ckeditor/plugins/
To configure the plugin you need to assign read and write permissions to the cache and formulas directories inside the plugin or rename the configuration.ini.dist to configuration.ini and uncomment this lines if you want to change the place where stored the formula images :
#wiriscachedirectory = /var/cache
#wirisformuladirectory = /var/formulas
We've not used the WIRIS plugin in a while, but let us know if that doesn't work.
Please note this is a paying plugin, so you will need a license key to use it.
Also, could you please tell me where in the documentation you found the misleading info, so I can fix it?
Hi I am also not getting wiris ikon in question editor. Have installed the plugin exactly as stated here and activated in Chamilo plugin. However , i did not see cache and formula folder in ckeditor_wiris folder. Also could not find configuration.ini.default anywhere.
