• 2. Complete curation software tickets by updating cellxgene-schema code where relevant (e.g., the schema definition yaml, the validator, etc.).
• Bump to the new version #900
• Release COG(Cellxgene-ontology-guide) with update ontologies #901
• Bump GENCODE files, if applicable. Iteratively address any feedback from Lattice. #903
• Run the migration in rdev #904
• Run the migration in dev. Iteratively address any feedback from Lattice or errors we see. #905
• Run the migration in prod, which publishes the new cellxgene-schema package to PyPI. Iteratively address any feedback from Lattice or errors we see. #906
• Bulk publish the new datasets #907
• Coordinate any downstream changes with Census and Applications #908
• Update CellGuide and WMG to use the new schema version #909
• Update any hard-coded schema references in single-cell-data-portal to use the new schema version #910
• Create a new GitHub release with the new schema version #911
