[BUG]: KPI is not added to non-default dashboards that are selected in Create KPI Page.

Describe the bug

When creating a KPI, we are given the option to select list of dashboards (or to create a new one), but the KPI gets added to just the default dashboard ( All ) and not to the other selected dashboards.

Explain the environment

• Chaos Genius version: 0.4.0-rc (EE)
• OS Version / Instance: AWS EC2
• Deployment type: Docker

Current behavior

Create a new KPI and select a list of dashboards to which the KPI is to be added, and Add KPI. This action results in the KPI being added to only the default dashboard, and not the other dashboards that were selected.

Expected behavior

The KPI is expected to be added to all the selected dashboards.

Additional context

Enterprise Edition must enabled for creation of multiple dashboards.
