[Request] nvidia-utils-beta, nvidia-beta-dkms

Purpose:

This is a necessary dependency for steam and steam-native-runtime to work with the nvidia drivers, installed from nvidia-beta(-dkms) and nvidia-open-beta(-dkms) packages.

Benefits:

It'll make it easy to install/update nvidia-beta drivers. Without this package, the user has to manually pacman -Rdd the older lib32-nvidia-utils(-beta) package and makepkg the new one, after installing/updating the driver.

This package is falling under banned lib32* category, but due to the fact steam is a popular package and it won't work if there is a version mismatch between the driver and this package versions, as well as the fact nvidia-beta drivers often provide critical bugfixes, I think this package should be present.
