A text editor for the terminal that uses Common User Access keybindings.
Benefits:
Common User Access keybindings, that give it an advantage for novice users compared with Vim, Emacs, or Nano.
Better reliability of the keybindings over SSH compared with alternatives such as Micro.
Building:
Tilde depends on the Tilde Terminal Toolkit a.k.a. T3, which would also need to be packaged along with Tilde in the Chaotic AUR. Install the dependencies (libt3config, libt3highlight, libt3widget, libtranscript) and then:
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
The T3 dependencies also get installed on the same way - their recursive dependencies being all available in the standard repositories.
