I see that the code is not complete yet, do you have an estimation of the release date?

Thanks for asking this. There are some shared training/evaluation scripts in https://github.com/charlesq34/pointnet
Note that we use more data augmentation in pointnet2, as in provider script under util folder.

As to the other code, there is currently no specific plan but we will try to release more of it towards the NIPS conference in December.
