Allow setting user in authorized connection

You should be able to set a current authenticated user in the Http connection. This would then be used for file listing, creation, and permission update calls.

• Files created become owned by the current user

Subsequent stories should address:

• Files listed are those with read access
• File and permission updates should require write access permission for the user
