Put charly on brew

$ brew install charly-lang

The need to manually set the CHARLYDIR should be removed.

Discarded 25.01.2017
You should be able to write charly -f update to update the charly installation to it's newest version.

It should use the CHARLYDIR environment variable to find the path to the git repository, do a git pull on the master branch and run the install.sh script.
