v3.9.1. How to display tick for every data point.

Hello.
I am trying to migrate from version 2 to 3.
On v.2 I have a chart with a tick for every data point.

But I can't implement it in v.3.

One more example on v3. Looks like that ticks are not duplicated with the same name.

Can you help me with it, please?
