How to hide a pie (or doughnut) slice?

I'm using Chart.js 3.2.1 (latest) and i'm stucked on a little problem: i can't find the scriptable way to hide some slice in a pie (or doughnut).

To explain, i have to hide yellow slice here:

Yes, you can use toggleDataVisibility. See https://www.chartjs.org/docs/master/samples/legend/html.html as an example
