I would add a screenshot but the problem does not appear in them because it appears that the canvas is being drawn to in two different places one frame at a time so when I take the shoot it appears fine because only one frame is currently up.
To replicate go to the link below pull the view tab to be a small as possible and then pull it to about 380px or so, it becomes fuzzy.
Fix : If the canvas is put inside a div it seems to work fine. Is this by design or a bug? Also this does not seem to happen in 2.14
