[BUG] Line chart xAxes Time scale extends past min value #3807

Expected Behavior

The chart should cut off the line when data is below the defined min datetime.

Current Behavior

When using a line chart with xAxes time scale, the line is extending past the x origin.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Environment

  • Chart.js version: latest
  • Browser name and version: Tested in IE11,Chrome,FF

Was done in #3658 and will be released in v2.5
