Feature Proposal

Would be great to have a Subtitle Plugin. Basically something that puts a subtitle below the existing title with its own font settings.

Feature Use Case

Converting from Highcharts and have used the subtitle feature there for years so this is a bit of a pain point for me so it's mostly selfish but there's some evidence on the web that others are looking for this and at one point there was an externally maintained plugin that's no longer maintained.

Possible Implementation

I'm imagining using the existing Title plugin as a starting point would work?

I think starting from the existing title plugin would be the best way to achieve this. I don't suspect that it will be too hard to do.
