Support changing the output name from "nbind" #61

I'd like to change the output name used by emscripten to not be "nbind". Is this supported?

I tried renaming nbind.js, but it still looks for nbind.js.mem which I'd also like to rename.

Changing product_name in src/nbind.gypi inside nbind is enough to change the name of that file, and this line to find it with the new name if loading on Node.js. I'm thinking how to make this properly configurable.
