功能描述
能否增加新模型的热加载功能？

解决的问题
项目启动后新增的新模型无法直接加载，需要修改config文件后重启项目。
实现建议
能否做成类似Stable diffusion WebUI还有OpenWebUI那种新模型放到模型目录后通过刷新按钮感知到新模型并且在切换后加载的形式？
