Missing file OTRCrittercismSecrets.h

I've been trying to compile the solution but a file seems to be missing.
Commenting out the import on OTRAppDelegate.m and removing the CRITTERCISM_ENABLED define from the project does allow it to compile, but figured I'd give you heads up on the missing file.

Oh, sorry, I should put a notice about that in the README. That file
contains the private API keys for Crittercism so I designed the app to be
compiled without Crittercism support entirely. Just edit the preprocessor
macros section of the "Off the Record" target in the project file where it
says "CRITTERCISM_ENABLED" and delete the key.

Let me know if you have any other problems!
