Terms of Service for ChatuRec Streaming Video Recorder

These terms of service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and ChatuRec ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ChatuRec Streaming Video Recorder ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Software.
1. License and Usage
1.1 License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes.
1.2 License Term: Your license to use the Software is granted for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to compliance with these Terms.
1.3 Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or sublicense the Software.

2.1 Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Software.
2.2 Age Requirement: By using the Software, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Software.
2.3 Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using the Software, including but not limited to unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, or any activity that may disrupt the functionality of the Software.
2.4 Legal Video Recording Guidelines: You must adhere to our legal video recording guidelines, which are available on our Github repository. These guidelines include but are not limited to:
- a. Respect Copyrights: Do not use the Software to record, distribute, or share copyrighted content without the necessary permissions.
- b. Comply with Applicable Laws: Ensure that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding video recording.
- c. Non-commercial Use: The Software is for personal and non-commercial use. Do not use it for any commercial purposes without obtaining the necessary licenses and permissions.
- d. Github Reference: For detailed information, please refer to our legal video recording guidelines available on our Github repository.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
3.1 Data Collection: We may collect and use information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer of Content
4.1 Content Responsibility: ChatuRec is not responsible for the content available on the video streaming platforms that you may choose to record using the Software. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any content accessed through the Software. Any reliance on such content is at your own risk. ChatuRec is not responsible for any content recorded or downloaded using the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
5.1 As Is: The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Liability: In no event shall ChatuRec be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Software.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.
8. Updates to Terms
8.1 Acceptance of Updates: ChatuRec reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Software after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
