Describe the bug

5 mb attachment limit triggers on files of less size when attaching them as "document".

To Reproduce

In a mobile app tap paperclip, them Document, choose a small file (I used a 75 Kb image). Get the message:

"File exceeds the 5MB attachment limit"

Expected behavior

File it attached (regardless of the size!)

Environment

  • A self hosted installation of Chatwoot v.3.8.0 (Docker installation)
  • Chatwoot Mobile App Version: 1.10.37 for Android

Additional context

The attachment size limit should be adjustable (why 5mb?..) (at the server side?).

Possible fixes

No known workarounds
