Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.

  1. I want to see /be able to review all tickets which took more than X minutes to reply to (SLA)
  2. I want to see /be able to review all tickets replied to by Agent Y which had CSAT less than 3

Describe the solution you'd like
Click on a bar in the report and it should list the specific tickets/conversations
