Disable Free Text Reply or Add Symbol When Restricted by 24-Hour Message Window

Currently, when encountering the error message "You can only reply to this conversation using a template message due to the 24-hour message window restriction," agents are still able to send messages using free text instead of being limited to template messages. This behavior is confusing.

Describe the solution you'd like

To address this issue, there are two potential solutions:

1. Disable the option for agents to send messages with free text when the 24-hour message window restriction is active. Agents should only be able to use template messages during this period.
2. If free text messaging is allowed despite the restriction, add a visible symbol or indicator near the message to clearly denote that the contact did not receive the message due to the 24-hour message window restriction.
