feat: Outgoing conversations shouldn't be created under pending status

Describe the bug

As previously reported in the discord here and @sojan-official asked to create this issue, not sure if it is a bug or intended

To Reproduce

1. Any enviroment.
2. Any Config
3. Just start any conversation on any inboxes that have an agent bot connected
4. the conversation is started by default with status as pending
