I understand the reasoning behind this. In most group conversations, if it's not my message, it's typically placed on the left side. The underlying decision here was to place customer conversations on the left and agent responses on the right.

It's confusing to read all the Private notes of differente users on the same side of the conversation.

I would suggest to alternate as a conventional chat workflow the side of the private notes, giving more readability to the chat history.
