Prompt CSAT with an Ongoing Campaign

The only problem I have is that in automations you can't trigger a CSAT survey- otherwise it's purely a feature request.

The ability to prompt a CSAT survey responses with a livechat ongoing campaign. This would probably be in the form of a checkbox (when creating an ongoing campaign) or even an automation (if automations could trigger CSAT surveys).

As an eCommerce store, it's really valuable to collect customer feedback after the order was placed and before fulfillment can begin (aka the order success page), so that a customer has a chance to voice any concerns or feedback with the website/ordering process in particular. While a popup/modal or embedded form is standard, I think a livechat campaign would allow us to keep all CSAT surveys in one place. This also helps dramatically with review collection afterwards, and how we communicate.
