Is your feature or enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Yes, When resolving a conversation, participants remain assigned, creating confusion in new conversations from the same customer.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be ideal if when resolving a conversation, the assigned participants were automatically removed.

This would mean that in new calls, previous participants were not included.

Describe alternatives you've considered

One option that would solve the problem would be to have the option to remove participants using automations.
Thus, we could activate an automation that when solving a conversation, remove all participants.
However, unfortunately, there is still no such option in automations or macros.

Additional context

Print with the evidence.
Conversation ended and two participants remained assigned.
