Is your feature or enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, it is not possible to send Payment intents to users using Chatwoot's built-in WhatsApp send message API

Describe the solution you'd like

It will become extremely efficient to raise an order and ask the users for the payment using Chatwoot and WhatsApp Payments API as documented here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/payments-api/payments-in/upi-intent

Chatwoot using the API also notify the agent about the success or failure of the payment and take actions accordingly.

Describe alternatives you've considered
