Is your feature or enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to use Chatwoot to allow my users to report someone to the moderation team using a Website inbox. But for the moment, all I can do is calling window.$chatwoot.toggle("open"); and let my user creates the conversation.

Describe the solution you'd like

We would like to be able to prefill the initial message of a conversation. For example, using window.$chatwoot.toggle("open", "Hi! I have an issue with the user Joe Doe");. This message wouldn't be sent automatically, but it would skip the "Welcome page" of the integration and would directly show the new conversation page with a pre-filled message.
