Some of our larger customers do not want their agents to be able to see the response to the CSAT survey. Although they want the feature enabled it would be preferable if there was a way to toggle the visibility of the response in the message via a setting on the inbox.

A setting in the inbox that allows the user to disable visibility of the CSAT response.
