Description

  • When I install qgis with football, although prompt the install is successful but always does not produce the icon of the start page correctly and can not start QGIS Desktop 3.32.3 successfully

    process records image image
  • The error is because missing some dll files and files used to indicate the path, such as qgis-bin.env, but I don not know why it happens.

Supplement

  • I have checked the corresponding msi downloaded from the qgis official page and found that it has no missing related files after installation and the software can run.

You can't run qgis by double click the qgis-bin.exe directly, use qgis.bat instead. Environment variables are configured via the qgis.bat file. The proper way to launch QGIS installed from this bucket is run OSGeo4W.bat which is added to the shim path, then run qgis.bat from the console session started by OSGeo4W.bat.
