cheat engine crashing because of ntdll.dll

Hello, I have a issue with cheat engine, it wont start up. I've tried everything, disabling my anti virus, reinstalling the application, and much more but nothing works. I checked event viewer and it says that ntdll.dll is the cause. Here is the error log:

Any way to solve this issue? I ran sfc /scannow and also did a factory reset, which didn't solve anything.
