Example implementation would be for having two primary action buttons -

In the case of the screenshot I think we should be using a split button (bootstrap example: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/components/dropdowns/#split-button).

Jaeriah pointed out that we sort of have this pattern with the merchant dropdown now - but I don't think it's a great example because the two buttons aren't very visually distinct. In saying that, they're not very visually distinct in Bootstrap either 🤷

Something like these examples might work, with a divider line between button copy and icon.
