but have You considered instead of requiring extra maven/gradle steps to provide jars bundled with the native binaries similar to how https://github.com/jvm-profiling-tools/ap-loader does it?

I wish i could promise to do it but too much Else going on so go for it.

Just thought it would fit really well as an approach and make things simpler.
