Expected Behavior

9990403>=9990404 should be false

Current Behavior

9990403>=9990404 evals to be true

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. in any segment constrains, set num >= 9990404
  2. eval with num=9990403

  • Version used (flagr version): v1.1.2
  • Server type and version: ubuntu 18.04
