I am trying to use your tool and keep running into this error:

Using config file: ../config.yaml
2018/10/16 18:40:00 Creating user(***redacted***) policy
InvalidClientTokenId: The security token included in the request is invalid.
	status code: 403, request id: 905ad845-d1ad-11e8-b38b-47a25fcbf39e

Please help :D

p.s. which types of permissions are required to use this tool?

This is related to viper, so created a issue there: spf13/viper#581
