Checkra1n disappears from my Phone after jailbreaking

Here is my setup:

1. iPhone 6 (not plus just 6)
2. iOS 12.4.5
3. Checkra1n v0.9.8.2 beta (Mac)
4. Mac OS 10.13.6
5. 3rd party cable but works great

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1. I noticed Cydia crashing even if I didn’t reboot my phone so opened checkra1n on start the operation.
2. I followed every step then start booting
3. Phone has booted

I expected for it to show checkra1n app on my phone but it disappeared and Cydia is working but other issues start happening like stuck at “Done:Packages”, checkra1n app on my Mac stuck at “Booting...” even after it finished then I re-jailbreak again and checkra1n app returned on my phone and on my Mac it says “Done” but Cydia start crashing again. I also tried reinstall it in checkra1n on my phone but it still crashes.

Does the issue also occur if you enable Safe Mode?
I don’t know because when I trie to do safe mode in PowerApp it doesn’t work.

Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...?

This the folder where it appeared but it isn’t there.

Same thing happens with other actions not always this pox.. thing

This is at my Mac now it is stuck at this error tried to report but it couldn’t and I can’t quit the app
