Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]

There should be an easy way to open the app from a link.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

It would be cool if this supported web+ap using the PWA. This is probably the cleanest approach.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

The most widely supported approach to opening the user's preferred fedi app is using web+ap, as it is supported in the feditext and tokodon native clients. While there are other ways a webapp can solve this problem (implementing webfinger and taking advantage of the remote interactions dialog, for example), they're not really viable for this app (because it uses static pages).

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
