Feature Request - Add nuget package for Settings plugin

Thanks a lot cheese! if it's possible to add also your modern http client plugin as nuget package it would even more awsome(i know paul has his own nuget, but we'r in mvvmcross env.)! like your work very much, keep it rockin :)

Yeah, going to work on it soon to allow the plugin to be used in the internals of MvvmCross, so not only for your own requests :) Will make a nuget once that is done. Also need to merge latest changes.
