make the 'knife' that runs in chef-dk a released version so bootstrap doesn't explode #74

The chef-client that ships in chef-dk is not a released version, so bootstrapping servers fails out of the box for failure to find an unreleased Chef Client:

I would mark this as a "delight blocker"

This is fixed in the later releases of Chef Client @juliandunn. We only specify the major version to be installed so we don't run into this issue anymore.

Can you try with this and see if you can still repro ?

@sersut any idea when this will get released? The download pages still lists 0.1.0 despite 0.1.1 having been tagged and there don't seem to be any non-package installation instructions to install from master (on ubuntu)
