There is no Fauxhai data for Amazon Linux

Describe the problem

Without Amazon Linux 2023, I cannot run any RSPEC tests against cookbooks for the Amazon Linux 2023 platforms.

Software Version

Chef InSpec 5.21.29 on CentOS 9 Stream

Replication Case

Running chef exec rspec gives the error that Windows 2022 is not a valid platform for Fauxhai

Stacktrace

Fauxhai::Exception::InvalidPlatform

Could not find platform 'amazon/2023' on the local disk and an HTTP error was encountered when fetching from Github. A list of available platforms is available at https://github.com/chef/fauxhai/blob/main/PLATFORMS.md

Possible Solution

Create an Amazon Linux 2023 instance
