All Chef repositories change from signed CLA to DCO as announced in https://blog.chef.io/2016/09/19/introducing-developer-certificate-of-origin/. We already verify this for each PR, but documentation in our CONTRIBUTING.md is not reflecting the new process. We should update the documentation accordingly.
