We currently have false-positives as reported by @atomic111
To reproduce: Start Ubuntu 16.04, install postgresql, check
systemctl show --all postgresqland inside of inspec shellservice(postgres.service).running?. Inspec will show running as false, but systemctl has more info:We are looking at substate only, we need to look at activestate.
