Describe the Enhancement

I'd like to report sysctl values from ohai for Linux hosts

Describe the Need

The current sysctl values are useful to be able to observe; they can be useful for decision making in chef, and (my use case) reporting current system state via ohai.

Current Alternative

Write my own custom ohai plugin, or shellout to sysctl

Can We Help You Implement This?

I'll submit a pull request shortly.
